- **StayNTouch**: live integration. Cloud-native PMS for boutique and lifestyle properties, integrated via direct REST API with webhook-based real-time event alerts for check-in and check-out. Supports guest profile lookup, arrival and departure tracking, folio charge posting, and multi-property management.
- **Agilysys**: Coming Soon, Q4 2026. Enterprise hospitality platform used by full-service hotels, resorts, and casino-hotel properties.
- **HotelKey**: Coming Soon, Q3 2026. Cloud PMS with a fast-growing footprint in select-service and extended-stay properties, including IHG-branded locations.

As ValetBridge adds support for additional PMS platforms, those integrations become available to existing accounts. Activating a new PMS platform type carries the standard one-time setup fee for that platform type. Platform features added over time are made available to existing accounts at no additional charge.

## How it works

1. A parking operator creates an account and connects their operation profile to ValetBridge
2. When onboarding a hotel property, the operator selects that hotel's PMS from the supported list
3. ValetBridge's ML engine handles authentication and data mapping for that PMS
4. Reservation, arrival, billing, and availability data flows in real time between the parking system and the hotel PMS
5. When the PMS releases updates, ValetBridge re-certifies the integration, and the operator's connection stays stable with no action required
